1. Who we are

Noplr (the "site") is operated by NetworkDLS. These terms apply when you use the site. By creating an account or using it you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy and the Content Policy.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old. When you register you confirm this. We may close accounts we have reason to believe belong to someone younger. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

3. Handles, not real names

You post under a handle and an optional display name. We never ask for your legal name. Do not impersonate another person or organization. We may reclaim or change a handle that does so, or that breaks the reserved-word rules.

4. Your content belongs to you

You own what you post. You give Noplr only a limited license to store, display and deliver it (including thumbnails and cached copies) so the site can run. That license is not used for anything else, and it ends when the content is deleted, once the retention period in the Privacy Policy has passed. You promise you have the right to post what you post.

5. Groups and moderation

Each group sets its own rules and is run by its own administrators and moderators, who can remove content, remove or ban members, and change how the group works. Their decisions are recorded in the group audit log. Site staff can act anywhere when the Content Policy requires it, and every site-level action is recorded.

6. What you may not do

Follow the Content Policy. In short: no harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, spam or illegal content, and no attempts to break, scrape at scale or overload the site.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion takes effect after a grace period during which you can change your mind. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we suspend an account at site level, you may ask for the decision to be reviewed through the contact address.

8. Copyright

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the abuse address on the contact page with identification of the work, the location of the material, your contact details and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

9. No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, without promises of constant availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where they cannot be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they apply.
